Your Role The PMO Administrative Assistant provides critical organization and administrative support to project managers supporting engineering, facilities, and quality teams within a fast paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for tracking key workflows, managing documentation status, and ensuring timely progression of deliverables across cross-functional groups. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities. This is a 3-month, fully onsite role in San Diego, CA with the potential to extend after the successful completion of 3 months. Track document revisions (SOPs, validation documents, etc.) and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and approval. Monitor documentation workflows to meet deadlines. Maintain accurate status updates within reporting tools. Track action items through to closure, ensuring correct data is reflected Maintain trackers and provide regular status reporting. Monitor deliverable status within systems such as BMRAM and update progress accordingly. Track progress from Facilities, Engineering, and Quality teams to support review and closure processes. Escalate risks, delays, or roadblocks to leadership as needed. Support reporting by maintaining trackers and summarizing status updates. Additional responsibilities as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of administrative, coordination, or operations support experience in a technical or regulated environment. Experience supporting document control, change control, or maintenance workflows is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively follow up on tasks. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No C2C at this time. Benefits W2 Temp roles include our Medical and Sick Time benefits. Adhering to the requirements of California's law on pay transparency, the hourly bracket for this role is set between $24 - $27. The rate offered may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
