Responsibilities

→Reflects our Mission: Protect, defend and enhance the homes and lives of each client
→Supervises office staff and office procedures, while reporting and tracking productivity
→Create a culture of learning, which coaching both current and new CSR staff members
→Handles customer complaint escalations for the branch
→Produces/Manage branch production reports
→Manages branch collections – credits and cancels accounts
→Participates in branch office staffing process with HR and Service Center Operations Manager

Requirements

2 to 4 years of experience with Bug House Pest Control; including experience in operational functions
Excellent knowledge of Bug House systems such as Pest Pac, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Acts with integrity by keeping commitments
Serves as a Bug House Brand Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Demonstrate coaching and development ability through strong written and verbal communication
