Responsibilities

✅ Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
✅ Keep track of job schedules and make real-time adjustments to meet customer needs and team availability.
✅ Keep accurate records of customer interactions and job progress—no detail is too small!
✅ Work closely with internal teams to keep everyone updated on job details.
✅ Use tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 to stay organized and connected (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).
✅ Stay ahead of scheduling conflicts, delays, and customer concerns—problem-solving is your superpower!

🌟 Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
🌟 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
