About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide confidential administrative and operational support to the Clinical Quality and Performance Improvement (CQPI) team, including direct support to the Chief Medical Officer.

This role plays a key part in supporting quality initiatives, managing documentation and communications, coordinating meetings and projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of departmental activities. The Administrative Assistant serves as a central point of coordination across departments, helping maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of related administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare reports and materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating committee meetings, agendas, and materials
  • Experience working with project tracking or reporting tools
  • Familiarity with healthcare environments, quality programs, or regulatory activities (e.g., NCQA, Medicare)
  • Experience handling high‑volume communications (phone, email, internal requests)
