Abeja is a one-of-a-kind destination for those seeking a truly special wine country experience. Located in Walla Walla on 49 serene acres of estate vineyards, lavender fields, and gardens, Abeja is a celebrated winery and distinctive inn that creates a magical countryside oasis. Guests experience exclusive, world-class Washington State wines crafted with care from the land, while staying in guest cottages that each share a unique story of the historic turn-of-the-century farmstead.

Position Details:
This is a seasonal, part-time role (approximately 20–30 hours per week) running from June 1st through March 1st. Scheduled hours are typically 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age due to responsibilities involving the sale of alcohol.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist guests with purchases and booking experiences via phone, email, website, and text messaging
Communicate with precision, clarity, and hospitality through all guest interactions to cultivate lasting relationships
Handle transactions and reservations with accuracy, efficiency, and care
Maintain strong knowledge of products, wine club offerings, shipping, and compliance regulations to best assist guests
Confidently and enthusiastically convey wine knowledge, history, membership benefits, and product details
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous hospitality or sales experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Excellent math skills with a high level of accuracy
Prior experience with a computerized Point of Sale system preferred
