Account Operations Assistant

The Account Operation Assistant builds, activates, and maintains account information while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. This role supports loan officers by reviewing details, resolving issues, conducting audits, and maintaining system integrity to deliver a seamless and compliant customer experience.

• →Process account updates and activation requests accurately and promptly
• →Review and validate information provided by loan officers and sales teams
• →Follow up on pending issues and resolve account discrepancies
• →Report system issues and identify root causes of account-related concerns
• →Maintain system accuracy by removing duplicates and conducting weekly audits
• →Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
