As a Facilities Administrator, you’ll be responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, unwavering optimism and professionalism; you'll provide timely response to and resolution of client requests or concerns; maintain exceptional management of our buildings and perform accurate reporting.

 

  • High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of commercial real estate property /facility management with oversight of remote locations or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).

 

Requirements

  • Proven record in providing high standards of customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite.

 

  • Our customers are pleased in how you respond to and/or resolve their requests in a timely manner.
  • You multi-task various projects with multiple deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • You organize and prioritize organize your workload, maintaining accurate records and information.
  • You successfully manage multiple sites and services in Louisville, Roanoke, and Columbus.
  • You prioritize and check emails/Work order systems throughout the day for update in requests.
  • Effectively monitor vendor SLA compliance.
  • You effectively manage inventory/supplies for the facility.
  • You successfully monitor/manage facility in building walkthroughs.
