Receptionist

Harvey Norman Commercial Division is seeking a Receptionist/ Customer Service Team Member based at our Central Coast - Somersby Office. As a receptionist, you will be the face and voice of our company. You will welcome and assist our visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. You will also manage the front desk operations, including answering calls, transferring inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining security protocols. You will be an integral part of our team and contribute to our positive work environment.

• →Front Desk - Greeting customers
• →Answering incoming calls and directing calls.
• →Helping with visitor enquiries.
• →Maintain visitor’s log.
• →Learn and work with our Customer Service Team software
• →Lead Central – working with our customers and sales reps
• →Handling general enquiries from prospective customers by phone and email
• →Putting together Customer Proposals
• →Timesheets
• →Perform Monthly & Quarterly OH&S Inspections
• →New Starters – make sure that all necessary items are available to the new staff members (ie: computers, phones, desks, accessories etc) – set up included
• →Order stationary
• →Sorting and distribution of mail.
• →Punctuality and work commitment a necessity
