Description


We are looking for a Receptionist with a background in nursing or pharmacy who will manage our front desk daily, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, and provide first-aid assistance to employees as needed.


Responsibilities


  • Organize and coordinate the administrative operations of the relevant office space/floor assigned
  • Provide basic first aid support to employees when necessary and keep records of such incidents
  • Regulation of heating/cooling systems and air-conditioning to support the average office temperature
  • Supervise daily cleaning according to set-up standards and in compliance with daily and regular cleaning schedules
  • Undertake material responsibility for the furniture and assets at the office space/floor assigned, organize material responsibility and corresponding documentation for relevant employees
  • Ensure the availability of a minimum stock for office supplies and stationery, and organize the distribution of supplies as per requests and needs
  • Provide proper supplies and stocks of office tea and coffee in the kitchen
  • Organize meeting rooms according to setup standards
  • Work with invoices
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and other reports
  • Provide basic first aid support to employees when necessary and keep records of such incidents
  • Other verbal or written tasks assigned by the management and/or line manager


Requirements


  • Background in nursing, pharmacy, or a related healthcare field
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office
  • Reporting and analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Customer-oriented
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian, and English languages
  • Knowledge of 1C or E-invoicing programs is highly desirable


Additional Information


This position is available in both morning and evening shifts, making it suitable for students
