Responsibilities

    Accurately enter and update data.

  • →

    Maintain accurate records, files, and reports.

  • →

    Coordinate with the payroll team to streamline communication and align operations.

  • →

    Manage timekeeping tasks, including tracking employee hours, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

    Perform various administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a timekeeping/data entry role.

  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.

  • Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
