About the Role

~1 min read

We're hiring an HR and Office Administrator to own the operational backbone of our employee lifecycle and compliance work: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll deductions, state registrations, licensing, and insurance support. This is a high-trust role where small mistakes have real consequences. The right person treats a missed deadline or a mistyped deduction as unacceptable and builds systems so nothing falls through the cracks.

This is not a stepping-stone generalist role with vague responsibilities. The work is concrete, recurring, and detail-heavy. If you find genuine satisfaction in a clean checklist, a reconciled record, and a filing submitted three days early, you'll thrive here.

  • Collect and upload completed onboarding documents to employee folders; complete I-9 verification in QuickBooks
  • Coordinate travel and hotel bookings for out-of-state new hires
  • Register new hires with the appropriate state agencies
