Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides organizational and general administrative support to HSHS leaders. The position facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)

• Associates degree in business administration, communications or a related field is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of administrative experience may be considered in lieu of education.

• 1 year of clerical or administrative support experience is required.
