This role sits within ICONIQ Venture & Growth, which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world. As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will support a Firm Partner and play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while contributing to broader team initiatives and special projects.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clear and schedules run smoothly
- →Coordinate domestic and international travel, often on short timelines
- →Support day-to-day operations of the Partner, ensuring seamless execution of meetings and activities
- →Maintain and organize data across systems, including contact management and tracking interactions and initiatives
- →Collaborate closely with the Growth Support Team and colleagues across the firm
- →Improve administrative processes by building systems that enhance efficiency and organization
- →Assist in planning and executing internal and external events
- →Manage expense reporting, including receipt collection and monthly submissions
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role
- Experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting environments is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office required; familiarity with Salesforce or project management tools is a plus
- Interest in using technology and tools to improve workflows and productivity
