Support the organization on office facilities and equipment.


Manage the regular placement of orders and bookings for things such a taxis, couriers, lunches, stationery and office equipment’s.


Support the planning, coordination and preparation of major Business meetings.


May lialise on behalf of the manager with the landlord and suppliers as maintenance team, security, cleaning, postal or courier.


Support planned maintenance by arranging contractor access and accompanying engineers when required.


Carry out routine building checks and report maintenance faults or safety concerns.


Undertake projects, research data and make relevant analysis, making recommendations.


Support junior members of the team providing guidance and assigning some tasks as delegated by the manager.


Carry out painting and decorating on site and assist with remodelling selected areas.


Respond to facilities requests from staff and escalate urgent problems to the Facilities Manager.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Physically fit
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
  • Driving license required.
