We are currently seeking an entry-level Scheduling Coordinator to support a healthcare organization focused on delivering a positive client experience. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will help coordinate appointments, communicate with clients, and support day-to-day scheduling operations while serving as a key point of contact for customers. Responsibilities

- →Maintain accurate records and update scheduling information within internal systems
- →Support documentation, billing coordination, and administrative processes
- →Follow up with clients to ensure scheduling needs and requests are addressed
- →Communicate with internal teams to help resolve scheduling conflicts or service concerns
- →Help maintain an organized and efficient scheduling process throughout daily operations
