- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

- 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit

- Senior Technical Interior Architect - Site Background

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technical interior architecture solutions

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility

- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

- 5+ years of experience in interior architecture, preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

- 3+ years of experience in interior drafting, preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of CAD software

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit

- Senior Interior Landscape Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative landscape designs for interior spaces

- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand design requirements

- Lead design teams and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in landscape design, preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit

- Senior Interior/Facade Lighting Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative lighting designs for interior and facade projects

- Collaborate with design teams to ensure technical feasibility

- Conduct site visits and surveys to inform design decisions

- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards

- 5+ years of experience in lighting design, preferably in the UAE or GCC

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of lighting systems and controls

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
