Site Technical Office Manager - High-Speed Rail Stations

Our client is  seeking an experienced Site Technical Office Manager to lead and supervise all technical office activities for high-speed rail station projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring project deliverables meet client specifications, and technical issues are resolved efficiently.

- Lead and supervise technical office activities, including review and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.

- Coordinate between design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and project progress.

- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and compliance with client specifications.

- Ensure proper document control and adherence to project procedures and codes.

- Solve technical issues and provide support to project execution teams on-site.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

- Minimum 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in technical office management.

- Proven experience in high-speed rail or mega infrastructure stations.

- Strong technical knowledge in construction methods, specifications, and standards.

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in:

- AutoCAD

- Primavera

- MS Office

- Document control systems
