Office Manager & Executive Assistant

Location: SOMA, in-office

Comp: $95k - $120k + equity

Linq is building the messaging infrastructure layer for conversational agents, making it simple for developers to integrate iMessage, RCS, SMS and conversational AI into their products.

We're opening our San Francisco office in SOMA and we need someone to help bring it to life and keep it running.

You'll own the SF office end to end and be the go-to person for whatever it takes to keep the team moving. Office manager, host, fixer, and leadership support all in one. High-autonomy, high-trust, high-impact. If you like variety and hate the phrase "not my job," this is for you.

  Run the SOMA office day to day: space, vendors, supplies, mail, security, and everything in between

  Be the first face people see; greet guests, host candidates, set the tone for the space

• →

  Plan team meals, events, offsites, and the small touches that make an office feel like ours

• →

  Support SF-based leadership with calendars, travel, expenses and ad-hoc needs

• →

  Keep operations humming: onboarding logistics for new hires, equipment and office systems

• →

  Spot what's broken before anyone asks and fix it
  

• 2+ years in office management, EA, operations or a scrappy do-everything startup role

• Ridiculously organized and detail-obsessed

• Warm, unflappable and great with people at every level

• Comfortable with shifting priorities and comfortable making the call

• Based in SF and excited to be in-office five days a week
