Executive AssistantAdministration & Office Support

LISC is one of the country’s largest community development organizations, helping forge vibrant, resilient communities across America. LISC works with residents and partners to close gaps in health, wealth, and opportunity so that people and places can thrive. We do this by acting as a conduit for grants, loans and equity--and by providing technical assistance and capacity building--to locally rooted organizations that carry out the work in communities.

LISC seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to serve as a strategic administrative and operational partner to the SVP, Chief People Officer (CPO) and the People & Culture team. This role is responsible for providing high-level executive support, coordinating HR operations, managing key projects and communications, and driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness of the Chief People Officer by managing priorities, facilitating communication, coordinating team activities, and supporting initiatives that advance LISC's people, talent, and organizational goals. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner who helps strengthen internal operations and enables leadership to focus on strategic priorities, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.
