Providing administrative assistance to a pool of executives including but not limited to Head of Change and Integration, Global Head of Operations, Head of Strategic Initiatives, Head of HR and Head of Legal focusing on Travel as well as offering administrative support to the leadership team in associated departments as and when required.

Responsibilities

  • →Experience of using Travel and Expenses platforms
  • →Strong team player, able to identify requirements of staff in the office and assist
  • →Experience of using Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • →Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • →Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • →Proactive and innovative approach
  • →Problem solving skills
  • →Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
  • Used to working with Senior Managers
  • Excels at building relationships, networking and influencing others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment
  • Demonstrates common sense and patience. Resilient in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Strategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness
