At MedCare Pediatric, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We provide personalized, one-on-one pediatric therapy and ABA services, partnering closely with families to help children reach their fullest potential. Our team is compassionate, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful difference every day.

We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our pediatric therapy clinic. In this role, you will  provide essential administrative and front-desk support to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.

  • Provide front desk coverage, greet patients and families, and maintain a welcoming clinic environment.
  • Answer, screen, and route phone calls, emails, and voicemail messages.
  • Assist with patient check-in, intakes, and admission paperwork.
  • Collect patient co-pays, provide receipts, and complete required reporting.
  • Assist with scheduling and make minor daily schedule changes as needed.
  • Provide Spanish-English translation support for patients, families, and staff.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, families, therapists, schedulers, and the Business Office.
  • Maintain accurate patient charts, clinical records, files, and communication notes.
  • Communicate with therapists regarding documentation, cancellations, and other service-related needs.
  • Required:
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to accurately communicate and translate between both languages.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a busy clinic setting.
  • Available to work Full Time Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
  • Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Previous medical office, pediatric, rehabilitation, or administrative experience
