This role involves managing data entry, coordinating schedules, handling customer and internal communications, and supporting management with documentation and reporting. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service excellence, and adherence to health and safety standards are essential to maintaining accurate records, meeting service commitments, and supporting ongoing projects and operations.   Responsibilities: In the position of Office Administrator, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act. Data entry and processing of the daily paperwork. Main switchboard operator for incoming calls, sorting incoming mail, as well as courier packages. You will also be the main contact to the Management team in resolving customer inquires. Utilize company software to effectively maintain work schedules for service technicians and assure that customer commitments are met. Accept customer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service. Filling and general maintenance of all office records, update daily records as well as any other general administrative duties as required. Assisting day to day and month end in Halton Yard. Monitoring and tracking of driver’s productivity. Assisting in any upcoming work projects, contracts and/or acquisitions.   Competencies & Qualifications: Successful candidates should have at least 6 months experience, as an Office Administrator. You must be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must possess excellent knowledge on PC based systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc. You must be able to work in fast paced environment. You should have the ability to pay attention to details. You should have superior communication and organizational skills, in order to fulfill this role, as is your ability to manage multiple priorities.   Posting closing date: This posting will remain active until it has been filled.   This posting is for an existing vacancy.
