Organize the office layout and maintain efficiency by keeping common areas tidy and functional

Assist co-workers with day-to-day needs, including ordering gifts and providing resources or support when needed

Help coordinate in-house and off-site activities such as celebrations, team events, and conferences

Collaborate with HR and other departments to update and maintain office policies

Develop and implement creative initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing

Oversee the administration budget and track office-related expenses

Handle relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely invoicing and service quality

Coordinate employee benefits provided by the company and contribute to additional assigned projects

Proactive, dependable go-to person with a solution-oriented mindset

Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles

Genuine care for people and a positive, can-do attitude
