Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the Project Manager with reconciliation of internal budgets against monthly expense reports
- →Support the Project Manager with tracking expenses to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual budget goals
- →Support the Project Manager with preparation of monthly budget reports for senior project staff
- →Support the Project Manager with coordination of consultant contracts, including maintaining the contract registry, processing invoices, confirming deliverables, and managing contract renewal and closeout
- →Support the Project Manager with day-to-day operations of the IPS Center of Excellence Data Team, including work plan tracking, milestone monitoring, and coordination with county sites, state agency partners, and the funder
- →Support the Project Manager with day-to-day maintenance of the project's data infrastructure, including database management, fidelity data collection and quality review, and maintenance of implementation tracking tools and dashboards
- →Support the Project Manager with coordination of staff meetings, logistics, and training schedules
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Health Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum (1) year of full-time, post-degree experience in project administration and coordination.
- Minimum (1) year of experience tracking expenses and preparing written budget reports or financial summaries.
- Minimum (1) year of experience with Microsoft 365 Suite
- Minimum (1) year of advanced Microsoft Excel use, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and multi-variable tracking tools
- Master's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Health Policy, Public Health, Public Administration, or a closely related field.
