The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Mediterranean dishes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellent service standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and service execution.
- → Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service.
- → Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
- → Assist with menu execution, development, and daily specials.
- → Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all sections.
- → Oversee stock control, ordering, and proper ingredient storage.
- → Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
- → Train and support junior kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
- → Ensure smooth kitchen workflow and effective communication between sections.
- → Step in for the Head Chef when required.
Requirements

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, ideally within Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and service flow.

- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
