The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality Mediterranean dishes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellent service standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and service execution.
  • Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team during service.
  • Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
  • Assist with menu execution, development, and daily specials.
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency across all sections.
  • Oversee stock control, ordering, and proper ingredient storage.
  • Maintain strict compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Train and support junior kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen workflow and effective communication between sections.
  • Step in for the Head Chef when required.

Requirements
