We strive to take payments beyond an enabler to a driver of revenue and growth for our merchants. Online Payment Gateway is Paytm’s B2B business regulated by RBI, and this team is responsible for growing the penetration of Paytm’s PA-PG business across Indian merchants.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Operations professional to support the Sales team through reporting, data analysis, MIS management, and cross-functional coordination.

Manage day-to-day Sales Operations and reporting activities.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.

Analyze large datasets and provide actionable business insights.

Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Merchants, and other internal teams.

Track key business metrics and support performance reviews.

Identify process gaps and support reporting/process improvements.

Strong proficiency in MS Excel and handling large datasets.

Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and other Excel functions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.

3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, MIS, Business Operations, Reporting, or Data Analytics.

Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
