About the Role

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide a front-line reception service to the department.
- →Ensuring that enquiries regarding patient welfare are dealt with promptly.
- →Process billings for all appointments using department system.
- →Book patients follow up appointments.
- →Collect, maintain, track, and return case notes.
Requirements
~1 min read- Work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience with the use of windows and Microsoft Office products; e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience in providing a confidential secretarial and personal administrative support service.
- Experience in typing reports, letters, etc.
- Ability to work independently and under limited direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs.
