Saturday Receptionist- Casual

The RM Auto Group is currently seeking a Casual Saturday Receptionist to work approximately one Saturday a month. In this role, you are our client’s first interaction. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and great communication skills.

This position will be responsible for:

• Answering phones and directing calls on a multi-line phone system to the correct department.
• Greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
• Administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
