📋 What You'll Do
As an Administrative Coordinator at Seaside, you will:
- Support general administrative and operational needs across the company
- Assist with marketing and brand-related initiatives, including photos, video, and content support
- Help coordinate company events and internal team initiatives
- Assist with documentation, organization, and process support
- Support accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain organized task lists and ensure responsibilities are completed on time
- Take ownership of assigned work and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities as the company continues to grow
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the team
