About the Role: We’re looking for a forward-looking finance leader to partner directly with executive leadership on cash flow optimization, financial strategy, reporting, and high-impact decision-making. This person will not just report historical numbers — they will actively shape business outcomes using accurate, timely financial insights, robust risk management, and strategic capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Flow Management: Continuously monitor, analyze, and manage company cash flow, optimizing working capital and maintaining strict visibility over liquidity.
• Forward-Looking Financials: Own financial modeling, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to drive strategic alignment across all departments.
• Scenario Planning & Modeling: Provide executive leadership with quantitative scenario planning, unit economics modeling, and dynamic financial stress-testing for major operational decisions.
• Capital Allocation Decisions: Partner closely with executive stakeholders on cash-in / cash-out prioritization, vendor negotiations, and capital allocation strategy.
• Financial Integrity & Close Oversight: Ensure the accounting close process is executed accurately, predictably, and on time every month, enforcing robust internal controls.
• Executive & Board Reporting: Lead the preparation of clear, high-level investor presentations, board packs, and strategic KPI dashboards.
• Scalable Financial Visibility: Build and maintain agile reporting frameworks to ensure total financial transparency in a fast-moving, rapidly growing business.
• Data Quality & Ledger Operations: Collaborate with external bookkeeping, billing, and accounting teams to guarantee pristine, audit-ready underlying financial data.
• AR/AP & Collections Strategy: Support oversight of collections visibility, working capital cycles, and billing mechanics to maximize cash velocity.

Qualifications:

• Leadership Background: 5+ years of senior finance, FP&A management, or financial controller-level experience in growth-stage companies.
• Cash Flow Expertise: Proven track record in dynamic cash flow management, treasury oversight, and short- to long-term cash modeling.
• Strategic FP&A: Strong background in corporate reporting, revenue forecasting, margin analysis, and supporting C-suite decision-making.
• High-Volume Agility: Demonstrated success operating inside high-volume, dynamic operational environments with rapid execution cycles.
• Accounting & Control Fundamentals: Mastery of accrual accounting standards, GAAP/IFRS principles, financial compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Proactive Ownership: Exceptional ability to work independently, manage complexity, and drive cross-functional financial initiatives without hand-holding.
• Executive Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a clear ability to translate complex financial data into actionable executive insights.

Nice to have:

• SaaS & Recurring Revenue: Deep understanding of SaaS, agency, or digital subscription models (MRR/ARR dynamics, CAC, LTV, churn metrics).
• Modern Finance Stack: Hands-on experience with modern billing and financial tools including Stripe, QuickBooks Online, Brex, and HubSpot.
• Multi-Currency Operations: Solid grasp of multi-currency accounting, foreign exchange risk mitigation, and global treasury management.
• Data & BI Ecosystems: Familiarity with data visualization and warehouse environments such as Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI, or SQL-based reporting.
• AI & Automation Mindset: Passion for adopting AI tools, automated workflow engines, and modern fintech platforms to streamline financial workflows.
