Position: Technical Executive Assistant 

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8 am - 6 pm PST

Salary Range: Up to 1,000 USD/month

Holidays: depends on the hired candidates (subject for client approval)

Payment Cycle: bi - weekly

 

About the company: 

Alqen is an advanced data intelligence tool built specifically for e-commerce sellers and brands across multiple marketplaces.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling emails
• Booking travel and setting up meetings
• Taking notes in meetings and following up on stuff
• Keeping track of important contacts
• Dealing with urgent tasks and errands
•  Managing our Slack channels and helping with contractors
• Doing some bookkeeping
•  Research when we need it

Requirements:

• You speak English really well
• You've been a virtual assistant for at least 2 years, working for someone in the US
• You're great with stuff like Slack, Clickup, and Google tools
• You don't wait to be told what to do - you just get things done
• You can pick up new tools quickly
• You're super organized
• You can make decisions even when things aren't clear
• You understand how businesses work
• You can create guides on how to do things
