Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles. As an office manager, you will… Play a critical and exciting role in establishing and operating a new regional office environment. The ideal candidate brings strong executive presence, operates with a high degree of independence and sound judgment, and takes a creative, solutions-oriented approach as processes are built and refined over time. Office Operations, Hospitality, & Partner Experience • Maintain consistent attendance and a visible, professional presence in the office. • Perform a range of administrative duties, including responding to requests for information and supporting special projects and meetings. • Prepare and complete reports, standard correspondence, and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. • Review work for accuracy and alignment with established processes and evolving standards. • Provide general office support, including handling phone inquiries, photocopying, and use of office systems and tools. • Serve as the first point of contact for the Nashville Regional Office, greeting visitors and providing a welcoming, professional experience. • Manage visitor access, including issuing badges and maintaining security protocols. • Leverage local market knowledge to provide recommendations on hotels, dining, and experiences for visiting partners and teams. • Support onboarding-related activities, including I-9 verification for partners working from the office. • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and communications in a timely manner. Facilities, Supplies & Workspace Management • Order, track, and replenish office and kitchen supplies to ensure a well-stocked and functional workspace. • Maintain an organized, professional appearance across common areas, including conference rooms and shared spaces. • Partner with building management and facilities teams to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Log and track incoming and outgoing deliveries and office inventory. Meetings, Events & Experience • Manage and support meetings and events of varying sizes, including logistics, catering, room set-up, and coordination of technology needs. • Schedule conference rooms and coordinate associated AV/IT requirements for seamless meeting execution. • Ensure meeting spaces are prepared, reset, and fully stocked before and after use. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
