About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support our Finance and Infrastructure Strategy leadership and work with key stakeholders across the company to proactively manage schedules, priorities, and resolve administrative and operational needs before they arise. The right person for this role is a professional with strong interpersonal skills who enjoys a fast-paced startup environment. This person also brings a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities

- →Comfortable with ambiguity and operates with a strong sense of urgency
- →Proactive and organized approach to calendar management, with strong responsiveness and follow-through
- →Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- →Create, manage, and track expenses in accordance with company expense policy
- →Support event coordination across the Finance and Infrastructure organization, including All Hands, offsites, and other company events
- →Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, facilitating communication across departments as needed
- →Provide contracts support, including uploading agreements and managing them through the review and signature process
Requirements
~1 min read- BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6+ years supporting leadership, with at least 2 years working with a C-level OR VP-level leadership in a global business
- Prior experience supporting 2+ executives
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and timely follow through on all tasks
- Problem solver with strong analytical skills
- Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization and with external executives and their staff
- Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate challenges, address issues, and de-escalate potential conflicts
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
Requirements

- Prior experience working in tech and supporting finance or Infrastructure leadership and organizations
- Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack

What We Offer
~1 min readWe offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $150k - 190k+ equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
