Location: Limassol, Cyprus Salary: €22,000 – €25,000 per annum Our client is a well-established Real Estate Agency based in Limassol, Cyprus. With a solid reputation for providing high-quality property services to both local and international clients, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a reliable and organised Office Administrator. Job Description The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth and efficient administration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and greeting clients. Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems. Coordinate schedules and meetings for management and staff. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents. Liaise with service providers and ensure office supplies are maintained. Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams. Handle data entry and assist with updating the property listings system. Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoice handling and expense tracking. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Greek language is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT tools. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
