Our Tatura site is an icon in the region, well known around the world for its quality dairy products. As well as being the country’s largest producer of cream cheese, it also produces infant formula, nutritional lactoferrin, various milk powders, plus our famous single serve butter. 

We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Site Administration Coordinator to provide proactive support to the Executive General Manager, while playing a key role in coordinating site administration and employee engagement activities at our Tatura site.

This is a flexible permanent part-time role, requiring 22.5 hours per week. You can work these hours across three full days or a mix of shorter days, depending on what works best for you. We'd love to hear about your preferred working arrangement in your application so we can support you throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality executive support to the Executive General Manager, including diary & travel management.

  • Coordinate and deliver effectively event planning, management and execution and internal communications for employee engagement initiatives across the Tatura site (e.g: Mid-Year Awards, Family Function & Tatura Pedals and Steps Event).

  • Act as a key contact for the site to support visitors, contractors, meetings and other activities.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the leadership team as required.

  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, filing systems and business reports to support operational effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated relevant administrative experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced MS skills including Outlook, Teams, PPT, Words, Excel.

  • Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
