Position Overview: Bloom Therapy Center is seeking a full-time administrative coordinator at 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday (further schedule details to be discussed). The position will start in our Greenville office; however, there may be a requirement to transfer to an alternate local office as we continue to expand. This position entails supporting the front and back end of our practice, including scheduling clients, billing, office upkeep, staff support, and managing the creation and implementation of a successful staff and client experience.

Reports to: Anabelle Arnold, Administrative Director

Pay: $18/hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls to Bloom mainline.
  • Explaining our programs, therapy offerings, practice policies, and scheduling process.
  • Schedule new clients to keep caseloads full.
  • Check insurance benefits for new clients.
  • Order/pick-up weekly lunch for staff lunches
  • Client satisfaction check-ins
  • Keep the waiting room and bathrooms tidy.
  • Responding to new client inquiries for services.
  • Calling clients regarding outstanding paperwork or invoices.
  • Scanning client documents
  • Assisting CEO and COO with administrative tasks as needed. ● Check-in with new referrals placed on the waitlist.
  • Filling in for other administrative coordinators at other locations as needed.
  • This would require driving to our Simpsonville location and Pickens County location as needed
  • Protect and maintain PHI and HIPAA confidentiality
    • Not answering questions about current, waiting, or former clients without a release of information.
  • Coordinate gifts/celebrations for birthdays and work anniversaries.
