Bluehawk is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (AA) to support the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) Directorate. The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of administrative and programmatic support functions to ensure efficient daily operations, smooth coordination between staff and leadership, and compliance with DHS policies and procedures. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prior experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other federal agency.
- →Experience with records management, data entry, and document control in compliance with federal standards.
- →Familiarity with Concur travel systems and federal administrative processes.
