Responsibilities
~1 min readThe Executive Assistant, CEO provides high level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team. This role is responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating in-person meetings and events, and serving as a front-facing representative of the organization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Nashville headquarters, supporting leadership interactions, and maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment.
- →Mange complex, high volume calendars for executive leaders while prioritizing competing demands
- →Coordinate travel, itineraries, and logistics
- →Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and board interactions
- →Serve as primary onsite administrative support for executive leadership in Nashville
- →Coordinate and support in person meetings and events
- →Act as front desk reception for visitors and internal stakeholders
- →Plan and execute onsite meetings including logistics, catering, and space coordination
- →Ensure seamless execution of executive and leadership events
- →Employees will be required to perform other job-related assignments as requested

Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of executive level support experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Sound judgement in prioritization and decision making
- Proficient with computers and working with MS Office Suite
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry preferred
- Associate’s degree in business or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives
