Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Prepare client invoices, requisitions, and purchase orders; match invoices to POs and support timely payment processing
- →Review monthly transaction details with the Project Manager and accounting partners for accuracy
- →Coordinate and input payroll and time-entry data, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met
- →Process new hires, rehires, transfers, and layoffs, and maintain employee files and records
- →Enter and maintain data in systems such as JD Edwards (JDE) and OnBase, including vendor payments and purchase order receipting
- →Create and manage shop work orders and coordinate with shop teams to ensure proper coding and alignment with operational needs
- →Liaise with vendors regarding purchasing and invoice inquiries
- →Maintain office supplies, support meetings and training coordination, and provide general administrative support to office and field teams
Requirements
~1 min read- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Approximately 2 years of administrative experience, ideally including exposure to accounting, financial reporting, or project-based environments
- Experience using JD Edwards (JDE) is required; familiarity with OnBase or HeavyJob is considered an asset
- Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, or highway maintenance environments is an asset
