As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you will be the primary go-to person for all workplace operations and facilities matters, delivering an exceptional client experience every day through face-to-face engagement, proactive communication, and top-tier customer service. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who aims to manage sites with a bespoke, hospitality-driven approach to establish stronger relationships and create an engaging experience for our client’s employees and their guests. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Spend a minimum of four hours daily walking the site to proactively engage with customers, greet them using their names, and build meaningful, hospitality-driven relationships across all organizational levels.
- Conduct daily site walks using a detailed checklist to ensure flawless workspace execution, proactively look out for maintenance defects, and remediate any dangerous conditions immediately.
- Ensure all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are in a pristine, "ready-to-use" condition whenever unoccupied, and maintain all office equipment in perfect working order.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, managing all requests tactfully and responding to issues within one day of receipt, while prioritizing urgent matters.
- Partner and work collaboratively with colleagues across Facilities Management, Engineering, and Project Management, as well as external vendors, to support the overall functionality of the workspace.
- Perform hands-on administrative and operational duties, including stocking pantries and office supplies, administering workplace policies, and consolidating customer feedback into monthly reports.

Required qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED
- 3 to 5 years of prior experience in hospitality, tourism, events operations, property management, or a closely related profession.
- Confident, friendly, and engaging personality with a strong customer-focused mentality and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
- Meticulous organization and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing large, bespoke corporate client sites with a focus on high-touch visitor and employee experience.
- Proven ability to coordinate and partner with multiple external vendor services to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Familiarity with administering and communicating workspace policies, such as clean desk or space utilization guidelines.
- Experience utilizing specialized facilities management ticketing databases to track and resolve occupant requests.

What We Offer
~3 min read59,400.00 – 74,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
