At JLL, we see a Brighter Way forward for our clients, our people, our planet, and our communities. With over 200 years of real estate experience, we are, and always have been, in continual pursuit of brighter ways of working.

We bring to life a Brighter Way in all that we do by seeking better, smarter, more innovative ways of working. We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.

JLL is a global leader in helping clients envision where people will live, work, play, shop, and eat.

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in managing facilities across a diverse portfolio of owned properties and leased premises for our Telstra account. This position sits at the heart of service delivery, where you'll coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities and support both client tenants and Facilities Managers in maintaining exceptional operational standards. You'll be the go-to contact for facilities management within your designated entities, ensuring that any site difficulties are resolved promptly with minimum disruption to business-as-usual activities. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees — and in this role, you'll contribute directly to that mission by delivering excellent customer service, building effective stakeholder relationships, and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. This onsite position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring everyone stays safe through compliance with all health, safety, and risk management policies. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you'll experience this firsthand as you partner with our Property Services Centre, service providers, and client stakeholders to deliver seamless facilities management solutions.

  • Coordinate facilities management activities and manage work orders through Corrigo, ensuring timely completion and smooth operations across the Telstra portfolio
  • Partner with the Property Services Centre and service providers to resolve escalations efficiently, maintaining exceptional service standards and client satisfaction
  • Assist in developing Maintenance Plans, reviewing property inspection programs, and verifying invoicing against contracted rates to ensure optimal facility operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Facilities Management, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and risk management policies
  • Maintain property database systems and be available for after-hours emergency calls seven days a week, responding promptly to urgent situations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and active listening capabilities
  • Highly organized with excellent time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple concurrent issues within tight operational deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and efficient keyboard and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, confident, and flexible team player who adapts well to rapidly changing situations and works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Experience in facilities management, property management, hospitality, or related field preferred, along with knowledge of Workplace Management Systems (WMS) or Corrigo platforms
