Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- →Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to the appropriate individual or department.
- →Manage visitor sign-in procedures and building security protocols.
- →Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area.
- →Schedule and coordinate conference room reservations for internal and visitor meetings.
- →Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff, including copying, scanning, and filing.
- →Maintain office directories and communicate updates to relevant personnel.
- →Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and multi-line phone systems.
- Ability to remain composed and courteous in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

This position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a front desk, frequent use of a telephone and computer, and occasional lifting of mail or packages up to 15 lbs.
This position is 100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
