• →Oversee all kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance management

• →Manage food costs, inventory ordering, and par level maintenance
• →Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance every single shift

• Three or more years managing kitchens in high-volume restaurants
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse kitchen teams
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Experience with casual dining concepts and fast menu execution
• Organized problem solver who stays calm under pressure
