We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring exceptional service to our customers, and assisting in the coordination between departments. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • →Provides front-line customer service support to both internal and external customers by responding promptly, professionally, and courteously to inquiries, concerns, or requests.
  • →Serves as a point of contact for customer service-related issues, escalating matters as needed to appropriate departments while ensuring timely resolution.
  • →Monitors service levels and customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with relevant teams to enhance service delivery.
  • →Supports plant operations through timely completion of required paperwork and/or reports.
  • →Performs general clerical and office duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, handling mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized workspaces.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in office management, human resources, or administrative support roles, with a strong emphasis on coordinating day-to-day office operations.
  • Proven experience in employee lifecycle management including hiring, onboarding, and training coordination.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing records, documentation, and administrative processes.
  • Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) 

  • Primary work in an office/production environment

  • Ability to move within the workspace, sit for extended periods, and respond to verbal and written cues

  • Manual dexterity to operate standard office and production equipment

  • Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
