Full time Bartender/Receptionist at Palma Suites

We consider our guests as friends visiting us at home. On the check-in we offer them cava and engage in conversation with them and we always aim for a smooth check-in, so that guests barely notice the process has taken place. We work proactively to meet and exceed their expectations by being courteous and responsible in every situation. Just as the reception, our bar is open 24h where we serve a range of cocktails and other drinks and we do events from time to time. We are looking for a multitasker who can take on various tasks that we do in the hotel.

Here are some of the tasks you can expect:

• Greeting and serving guests always with good and relaxed energy

• Serve drinks and do cocktails

• Take full responsibility for the service at the reception and the bar

• Check in and check out guests

• Helping guests with the booking of external services

• Answering the phone and emails

• Give recommendations and help guests with questions

• Cleaning and maintaining our open spaces on the ground floor

Languages play a significant role in this position as we welcome guests from different parts of the world. Fluent Spanish and English is mandatory. This position requires a lot of positive energy, responsibility and the ability to handle both stressful and calm situations effectively. This role also requires flexibility, as you will work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
