Job Overview:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As an HR Key Account Manager at Work4u International, you will be at the forefront of client engagement, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing tailored HR and payroll services to our clients while offering comprehensive solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, understanding their HR and payroll needs.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and increasing client retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings to understand evolving client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of HR and payroll services.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights.
  • Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Ensure all sales processes adhere to legal and ethical standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager offering consulting services.
  • Account management/customer success experience.
  • Understanding of HR and payroll services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
