The Senior Travel Coordinator is Behaviour Interactive’s go-to expert for all things travel, orchestrating seamless global journeys for employees, from individual business trips to complex group logistics for major industry events and offsites.This role blends deep industry knowledge with a strong service mindset to ensure every trip is efficient, cost-conscious, and fully aligned with company policies.

As a trusted partner to employees on the move, the Senior Travel Coordinator also serves as the primary point of contact when challenges arise, providing proactive, and solutions-driven support in real-time travel disruptions. 

  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic business travel (flights, trains, hotels, rentals, transfers), optimizing routes for cost efficiency, travel time, connections, and traveler wellbeing.
  • Administer corporate travel tools (Concur), including booking configurations, traveler profile management, and reporting.
  • Monitor and analyze travel spend, identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide critical traveler support, and act as the main point of contact during disruptions (cancellations, missed connections, emergencies, documentation, health and safety issues).
  • Own and continuously improve the travel policy, ensuring consistent application while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Legal.
  • Support employees and manage complex travel logistics, including onboarding occasional travelers, and coordinating group travel for offsites, client visits, and multi-site gatherings, while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
  • A relevant diploma or degree, combined with 5+ years of professional experience in corporate travel, travel management, or a related field.
  • Strong background managing corporate travel, including complex itineraries and group logistics for mid- to large-size offsites and events.
  • Solid understanding of international travel requirements, including visas, entry regulations, airline alliances, rail networks, and major business hubs.
  • Proficiency with corporate travel platforms (Concur or similar), along with experience in travel policy management and spend reporting (Excel or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to manage vendors and supplier relationships, paired with excellent bilingual communication skills (French and English).
  • A service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, great organizational skills.
  • Planifier et coordonner les déplacements professionnels nationaux et internationaux (vols, trains, hôtels, locations, transferts), en optimisant les itinéraires en fonction des coûts, du temps de trajet, des correspondances et du bien-être des voyageurs;
  • Administrer les outils de voyage corporatif (Concur), incluant la configuration des réservations, la gestion des profils voyageurs et la production de rapports;
  • Surveiller et analyser les dépenses liées aux voyages, identifier des opportunités d’optimisation des coûts;
  • Fournir un soutien aux voyageurs et agir en tant que point de contact principal en cas de perturbations (annulations, correspondances manquées, urgences, documents, enjeux de santé et de sécurité);
  • Être responsable de la politique de voyage et l’améliorer en continu, en assurant son application cohérente en collaboration avec les équipes Finance, RH et Juridique;
  • Accompagner les employés et gérer des logistiques de voyage complexes, notamment l’intégration des voyageurs occasionnels et la coordination de déplacements de groupe pour des offsites, visites de clients et rassemblements multi-sites, tout en maintenant de solides partenariats avec les fournisseurs.
  • Un diplôme pertinent, combiné à 5 ans + d’expérience professionnelle en voyages d’affaires, gestion des déplacements ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Solide expérience dans la gestion des voyages corporatifs, incluant des itinéraires complexes et la coordination de déplacements de groupe pour des événements et offsites de taille moyenne à grande;
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences liées aux voyages internationaux, notamment les visas, les réglementations d’entrée, les alliances aériennes, les réseaux ferroviaires et les principaux hubs d’affaires;
  • Maîtrise des plateformes de gestion des voyages (Concur ou équivalent), ainsi qu’une expérience en gestion des politiques de voyage et en analyse des dépenses (Excel ou outils similaire);
  • Capacité démontrée à gérer des fournisseurs et des relations partenaires, combinée à d’excellentes compétences en communication bilingue (français et anglais);
  • Approche orientée service, avec un grand souci du détail et d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
