We are seeking a highly professional, organised, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a Regional Sales Manager within the Private Wealth division. This role is ideal for an efficient administrator who enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing appointments, handling client communication, coordinating administration, and keeping the Regional Sales Manager fully organised and on top of daily priorities. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the diary, appointments, and meetings of the Regional Sales Manager. Liaise professionally with private wealth clients, handling queries and requests efficiently and timeously. Contact qualified leads and coordinate appointments with prospective clients. Ensure all appointments, reviews, and client meetings are accurately scheduled and confirmed. Prepare and manage all required documentation for client meetings and reviews. Track, follow up, and manage leads within company timelines. Maintain accurate client information and activity on the CRM system. Assist with the preparation, checking, and submission of administrative documentation and client files. Follow up on outstanding information and requirements to ensure smooth completion of processes. Provide high-level administrative support to ensure the Regional Sales Manager remains organised and efficient. Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in a professional PA, executive assistant, client service, or financial services support role. Previous exposure to financial services, investments, insurance, or wealth management advantageous. Strong administration, coordination, and organisational skills. Professional communication skills with confidence interacting with high-value clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literate with experience working on CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s licence. Ideal Candidate Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. Professional, polished, and client-centric. Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with confidential information and senior stakeholders. Efficient, dependable, and able to keep a busy Regional Manager on track. Benefits R17 000 #LI-KT1
