Our client in Newton Park, Port Elizabeth is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. This role is ideally suited to an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Responsibilities: Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Executive team. Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments. Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries. Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed. Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Liaise with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders on behalf of Executives. Organize and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and team functions. Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documentation. Assist with project coordination, deadline management, and operational administration. Handle ad-hoc personal assistance tasks and special projects as required. Ensure the efficient operation of the Executive office through proactive planning and organization. Requirements Matric. Relevant qualification in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field will be advantageous. 3+ years' experience supporting senior executives in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities. Professional, well-presented, and highly confidential in handling sensitive information. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and own reliable transport will be advantageous.
